On 4/3/26 I went with my nephew to look at 2 cars at this establishment. I did surely walk in with skepticism and ready to direct my nephew out of any bad deal on getting a car from this place all due to past experiences of car dealerships new and used. From beginning to end the sales experience at power motors shattered my cynical expectations. My nephew needed a vehicle to get back and forth from work and had his sites on a pre-owned 2022 VW Jetta they had. The sales staff assured us that the car was there but in storage. It took a while but they brought the car for him to see in person. They salesman Keyshawn was super straight forward with my nephew about the non haggled price, and the financing. Between that and the car being in immaculate condition, it was a no brainer to purchase the vehicle on the spot. The only drawback was it took like 6 hours but it is excused because there was delays with the insurance company and they detailed the vehicle before giving it to my nephew. This experience should be happening 100% at every dealership. Transparency and honesty will always bring business. Power Motors NYC demonstrated that practice that day. Though I say do your homework before buying due to the sale of used and pre owned high quality vehicles, I do recommend trying them out for a purchase.

🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 BUYER BEWARE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP On March 30th I brought a 2021 Lexus NX 300 from this dealership. After purchasing it I had a pre purchase inspection done and found out it needed wheel barring on the left driver side, Antenna cover for the roof and a safety sensor. CHECK THEM OUT ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUEARU THEY HAVE A BUNCH OF COMPLAINTS. These people don’t care about you they just want your money then they leave you hanging. Great service. Very friendly staff. Did not have a bad experience like other reviews. I have good credit and had all my paperwork in check got approved over the phone. Yes there are some fees but tell me the dealer that doesn't. Definitely will be back to buy a car for my son.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS BY ANY MEANS! I was not going to file this complaint because as of recent, the vehicle was ultimately taken back and the lending bank was refunded, but the aftermath is the problem. I have an open loan still since it hasn’t updated on my credit that they paid the faulty car off and took possession of it. This is limiting me from getting a new car loan. I have a 1 year old son, and because of their deceptive ways, i am unable to get a new vehicle until this clears up. I have been without transportation over 2 months because of this company. This is what happened: - I originally went in for a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee listed at $21,107. I had a $25,000 loan approval but was pushed into buying a lower-priced 2020 Ford Fusion, ( a little over $14,000 original price) after add-ons and xx fees, they were able to max out the loan to maximize their profit. The dealer falsely claimed services like “Drive Complete Care” and a Drive Care warranty were required for bank approval. This was a lie. Over $7000 added to vehicle right there. YOU DO NOT NEED THAT NOR ARE YOU OBLIGATED DO NOT LET THEM CONVINCE YOU! Walk away. Fast. Also, I have recordings of them making that claim and called to get confirmation from the bank that it was untrue. After delivery, the check engine light was on. I was told it was due to a battery replacement, but the light reappeared minutes into my first drive. They also have a fee called “Preventative maintenance” another that you most likely so not need. Because if they did maintenance on the Ford Fusion before they sold it to me and repaired whatever was needed, I would not be writing this today. Anyway, in hindsight, they used a device to clear the CEL temporarily, INSTEAD of fixing the issue before ai bought it. Let’s fast forward a bit. A few days pass while i’m waiting for PMNYC to “get the parts needed for repair” so I wanted to dig deeper. I called the lending bank and asked them to send me copies of the paperwork that PMNYC refused to give me and said it would be sent via email ( a lie ).. [PRO TIP: THEY ARE REQUIRED BY LAW TO GIVE YOU PHYSICAL PAPERWORK OF YOUR TRANSACTION AT TIME OF PURCHASE] but anyway, upon reviewing the banks paperwork compared to photos I took of the documents, I discovered forged signatures and undisclosed charges like “drive complete care” & “preventative maintenance.” In short, they completely butchered my opportunity to buy a vehicle so that I may have easier access to my son who lives almost an hour away from me and put a ton of strain on my personal and work life. If they handled it correctly & sold me the car I came for, the car my loan would have covered without their xx fees and markups, I would be in a better position today. I was cordial with them the entire time, even through the lies and deceit. They ultimately refunded the lending bank after 2 months of back and forth. As of today, I am currently stuck due to their initial abuse in handling my vehicle purchase. I am very dissatisfied & disappointed & I honestly hope the karma comes back around. The strain this issue has caused on my life ALL DUE to the way they mishandled my transaction, is more than enough reason for me to BEG you to shop elsewhere. They only worked with me after weeks of back and forth because of the recordings and evidence I have. I was a nuisance that they wanted to get rid of. Terrible place, terrible service, very deceptive, misleading and rude, excluding Peter (who is the manager of the horrible staff) he ultimately made it possible for me to get out of loan, but still, had they ALL collectively been as honest and transparent with me as I was with them and dealt with my sale properly, I would have no complaints right now and would be driving the Jeep I came in for that of which my loan would have covered, minus their xxxxxxxx fees and deception, shop ANYWHERE else. I went to this location, which is 40 mins drive away from me, over 10 times, $ & time w

Coming in power motors, the experience was great! Friendly faces, great people skills as soon as I came thru the door. I was offered water and coffee. Within a few minutes he asked what we like, did we know what we want… we told him Keyshaun, and he got the keys! We reviewed it, test driven it and was sold! The team work really hard, quick and friendly to get us out of there!I was pressed for time and they was moving. Great conversation! Really was a team effort to get it done! These people are thieves and liars. After trying to collect the car that I paid for and getting different stories for 3 days, I cancelled the transaction. They told me that they told me that they had informed the bank that I had cancelled and returned the money to the bank but they did not. The bank is still asking me for payment and Rolando, Louis, and the bunch of them are thieves who would not give me a straight answer. So now I am forced to hire a lawyer to in order to take this loan off of my credit and make sure they give back the bank their money. I would love to know how they think they could get away with this, and what they actually did with the car. The legal system will have to resolve this one.

Came to power house motors in nyc queens in hope of find our next vehicle. We came with out mechanic, the car was a great condition Artem and Julian were helpful and knowledgeable in knowing all the facts of the vehicle. They made our process of making our purchase flawless, thank you.

Got my first car here. Walked in and went through the process fast freely able to inspect and check everything out. Artem was my agent and he walk me through it, made things easier.

Thursday 8/22/24 I was lured in with a bait switch tactic by Varunie Oudit and another sales rep there. LIARS!!!! SCAMMERS!!! I read reviews that the price they advertise is deceiving and they bait/switch when you get here, and they charge an additional $5,000 to the cost. I should of followed my gut. The operator (Varunie Oudit) TOLD ME THEY CAN NOT GIVE ME A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE OR EMAIL and I MUST GO IN. I ask if they charge an extra $5,000 over the price I saw online and SHE SAID NO. She said just taxes, $175 doc fee and motor vehicle registration. THAT'S IT! I felt skeptical and called the office directly and spoke to another sales rep that was present there. She said the SAME EXACT thing as above, NO $5,000 fee mark up and ONLY taxes, $175 doc fee and motor vehicle registration. It took 1.5 hours to drive there, and when they showed me the car, they told me about an extra $5,000 fee. WHAT LIARS! I responded and told her TWO PEOPLE told me there was no extra charge and she just lied and made some excuse "those internet sales people aren't here in the office to know" and I responded and said that's what the sales rep in the office said (2nd person) that there wasn't an extra $5,000 fee. LIARS!! They treated potential customers like you and I with NO DIGNITY. I wasted 3 hours of my time driving from NJ, the $30 tolls, I even paid a nanny to watch my baby for a few hours while I go see this car and I fell for this BAIT AND SWITCH dirty sales trick. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! DO NOT GO TO ANY DEALERSHIP IF THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO GIVE YOU A FINAL PRICE QUOTE OVER TEXT MESSAGE OR EMAIL. There are a few dealers who do this bait/switch tactic, another dealer is called Certified Luxury Motors. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. I will copy and paste this nasty truthful review on other websites about Power Motors. This serves you RIGHT for treating me without any dignity and respect. You wasted my time and money without even thinking of the consequences this has on someone else's life.
